You are stuck with me now. I loved my pathfinder and in this market replacing a car you loved is hard especially when a salesperson makes you feel like fresh bait and doesn't listen to your needs or concerns or just walks away. I came pre-qualified and knew what I wanted. Well after meeting Diego and Ryan I was more than comfortable in buying brand new off the lot. They treated me with respect built the rapport and made the sell. Welcome to family Diego and Ryan I have already referred five people to come and visit raceway nissan. Expect to see my many adventures posted on Instagram with raceway nissan tagged. I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to listen and not ask me to close the sale. You allowed me to sell myself and I appreciate you for that!!!!

Customer service in the service department is poor.Lack of attention and detail.Lack of multitasking skills. Service center always try to upsell you other mechanical products for your car that you didn't come in for. They will find all other issues (Money) with your car but not the one you came in for. Money is a priority here over customer service and car care.Which can lead to shady business practices. My observation of coming at this particular dealership multiple times. Mechanics at best here are mediocre.Slow and lack proper training. Why?Because I will have to take my car elsewhere for more repairs needed due to this shop negligence. 170 dollars for a diagnosis check is so a ripoff.Just to be told we can't find a problem. So they can go to the next customers with more money to spend.

Went it to check out a 2019 Nissan leaf SL model with 15800 miles on it and they didn't want to work on price with me at all in fact they bummed up the price 3k for dealer add ons that they did not even pay to have done because that's how they received it from the orginal owner. walked in looking to pay under 27891 for price of said car and they show me 30100 for protection package and nitro filled tires that's all before taxes. This place is a joke and what you call a real stealer-ship rather than a dealership. If you read the fine print of where I pointed 👈 on the picture they put price is excluding add ons dealership may tac on to vehicle.
