It has been nearly four hours and counting to get my tires changed and alignment checked, and still waiting. I’ve had this same service done in less than one hour. Maybe appointments are being overbooked which is overwhelming the technicians, but this shouldn’t be happening. The quality of work is good, but this is unacceptable.

Terrible service guys. They are rude and don’t listen when I tell them what’s wrong with my car. They want to talk down to me because I’m a woman. I will be calling above their heads SMS get this rectified
