Not a large store but they have alcohol there to bring back to your room. Limited on variety but there is wine and beer. A good place to hit when your alcohol runs low.

We were in Baltimore for a conference and needed items for our suite. The staff person was awesome! They helped us get local beers and wines for our event. It was walking distance from our hotel. The Happy Grape is my go to place for alcohol while in Baltimore!

There is street parking, or a few public garages in the area. I've never had an issue going there, I live a few blocks away and it is always a pleasant walk.
