Landmark is the place to be in Diberville! They are in a great location that is just minutes from the Promenade, Biloxi Beaches, and the interstate. They have such spacious, open apartment homes! The pool is so beautiful and very well kept. The office and maintenance team are extremely helpful, prompt, and knowledgable.

Like the previous comments, you can hear everything around you. The staff diverts all complaints back to you to call the security officer or maintenance on-call and their numbers never work. The grounds are poorly kept, busted cars all over the parking lots have been for ages, weeds, spiderwebs, birds in vents, bats!/gross stairways/doors/siding. There's barely insulation which makes the temperature in the apt change about 3-4 degrees from the areas close to the outside walls to closer to the center of the building. Cheap window and door seals. The electric bill is high because of these issues. They took away my discount($25 off) $775 a month and raised my lease rate to $800 with the excuses that the market changed, I'm on the 2nd floor, and that the discount is only good for the first year.

My daughter lives her and they are spacious and beautiful apartments. The grounds are nice and well kept. Front Office Staff are very friendly and helpful in your apartment needs.

Landmark is the best apartment complex on the gulf coast! They are in perfect location just minutes from all shopping and super quick access to the interstate! The ladies in the office do an excellent job to keep the property running smooth and the maintenance fixes issues within minutes same day and the grounds are always looking great! Great place to live!
