Sucks when you have a delivery/to go order they mess up you try to call and it just gives you an answering service instead of talking to try to get it fixed so nothing happens especially when it’s 30+ minute drive away. Out $11 for a burger they made inedible and can’t even call to get it replaced or fixed or refunded.

These burgers are my Kryptonite. I have recently started a huge dietary change and lost 70lbs. I literally save all my cheat meals for Five guys. Something about the presentation, the freshness, the taste is just unbeatable. This is the best burger I have Ever had. Last but not least those good fries. I get em Cajun style because they go PERFECTLY with that burger.

My experience was a positive one. The customer service was great ,they explained everything well and they knew there stuff. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious I only have three complaints the food was a little pricey BUT you tend to get what you pay for and the food was amazing. The fries looked like they were thrown in there and the place was a little dirty however they were cleaning and it was close to closing The customer service was Amazing The place was relatively clean but was still dirty The prices were a little high It is family friendly The food was prepared fast and the food was delicious I do recommend this place
