Thursday evening, they only had two servers so everyone was being seated in the bar area, the bartender was one of the two servers. She was great!! Overwhelmed, but, Great!! I commented to the mgr. what a Great job she was doing and he ask if I would go online and give her a positive review. Wish I would have gotten their names but it was Thursday the 19th of May... Shouldn't be too difficult to figure out who she is.... She should be recognized for her professionalism.

Horrible service, me and three kids get seated and realize there is only about 6 other customers already eating so I'm thinking we will get good service. Completely wrong, sat for 25 minutes without even getting asked if we would like anything to drink or appetizers. Tried for a manager he was in the back busy would be up as soon as he get done. Gave him a couple minutes but Ruby Tuesdays next door was sounding way better. We are here now already eating, ordered within 3 minutes of being in the door. Another group made the smart decision of coming over too.

APRIL 2ND 2022 1030PM (1.5 hours before closing) The only reason I’m even giving a one star is because our server (mike, who is super brand new by the way) was amazing. Bartender made trash drinks and we tried to order very basic shots (green tea shots) and she told us that she couldn’t make our shots for us at the moment and proceeded To make other people’s drinks. (Myself and my friend are professional bartenders) It took over 45 minutes to even get a cocktail. We were sat down and then the people next to us were sat and she (the bartender) served them first and didn’t even tell us that someone was coming for us. We sat there for almost 10min before being greeted. (Mike just happened upon our table and said he would help us) She made my crown apple pineapple with sour mix. I literally was given a can of pineapple juice to make my own drink after i asked for some extra pineapple juice to tone down the sour. My friend got a margarita and it tasted like way to much triple sec and sour mix and grenadine. Bartender needs more training on the bar and customer service 1000%. Dirty glasses everywhere (under the beer tap and all over the bar) and there were only 8 tables up in the whole restaurant so it wasn’t super busy. She worked very slow and didn’t have a sense of urgency. The manager went to every table but ours to ask how things were going so I couldn’t even let him know what was going on. I used to love chili’s and not idk anymore.

Got there on a Sunday night, with a 20 minute wait. Got a text shortly after that the seats are ready. Our hostess sat us down next to the front door and gave us menus. The waitress arrived to the table very quickly, and we ordered our menu items. Most of the food was delicious, with the exception of tea and lettuce. We got what we paid for though, so no surprise there.
