Cashier was a lovely woman very helpful and patient. Her coworker Pat who was behind me in line however was a miserable man. He was willing to answer questions that were not addressed to him. Those questions for him however were unanswerable. He didn't care to direct me to someone who had answers. Only answer he had was not my job I'm the trainer. My opinion is Pat needs more people skill training. Just an option we all have them. And I like to share. Needless to say Pat won't keep me away. I will continue to shop there, and say hello to Pat no matter how miserable he is.

Their are fleas everywhere in this store! I found fleas crawling through the pet beds and fleas on the cats sold in the store. I have two senior cats and this year both of my cats almost died from a disease that the vet’s believe came from fleas. I was planning on giving the bed in the picture too my oldest most fragile cat and if I hadn’t taken a look closer my cat could have gotten seriously ill and possibly died! I don’t recommend buying exposed items from this store!

The place has good animals, employees, the whole 9 yards. We went there to buy a cage and a hide for my new pet, a garter snake on the front porch of our house, but th animals distracted us. They had cute hamsters, birds, and a bunch of other cuties. I would recommend this pet store.
