I ordered 2 milkshakes. After waiting 17 minutes in a slot which I was asked to pull into after paying, and watching the little kids laugh as they made several others sit and wait- I walked up to the window (rather than get back in line for another half hour) and asked where my order was. The little punk laughed and said "oh I don't know hahaha". So I said I need a refund. -I don't know what kind of twisted games these kids are playing. But I saw through it. They didn't like that I wanted a refund. They gave me back my card with the refund receipt, and slammed the window shut with anger. I don't know about you, but I have a life and when I go somewhere that's labeled " fast food" and I wait for 17 minutes just for 2 drinks while kids play around and have all the doors locked at 5pm, have several people waiting (for drinks ), yet others immediately get their orders and drive off- it raises a red flag. I have reached out to McDonalds, as well as the owner of this particular location- and to no surprise, I have received no response. This is not the first time I have gotten extremely poor service (or lack there of) at McDonald's. They have gone wayyyy downhill. I don't eat their food, because I know better. But the occasional frozen treat for my daughter and I has become an enjoyment. However, I'm glad this happened because I discovered a much better place to go for our treats. Save your money and go across the street to Dairy Queen where they have much better milk shakes and excellent customer service.

Place was not busy. Only 3 cars. In drive thru I ordered 2 drinks. Had 2 cars in front of me but was asked to pull forward and wait. I ordered 2 drinks only so I said I would just wait there. The manager, a heavy set Mexican lady, told me I had to move up and wait. I refused since it was just 2 drinks. She said “Well how about I just refund your money and not ever allow you to be served ever again at this McDonalds”. I said I only wanted my drinks and I would come back there if I wanted to. About that time they gave her my drinks and I left. So much for so called fast food. Terrible way to treat customers.

Tried to tell me fries were cooked all the way Well I’m sitting here looking at them and ate a few of them I can taste it that is not fully cooked and also burger completely wrong I understand that is dinner rush But there’s no need to rush to get food out when you can get people sick with under cooked food

Had so many great previous curbside experiences at this McDonalds. Prior employees were so sweet that I had no hesitation ordering through the app.,Ordered through the app today & sat in curbside spot #5 for 25 minutes before finally assuming my order didn’t go through (at 3:04...purposely not peak Friday dinner time). Pulled around to drive-thru (tried to go in to pick up order but lobby was locked) After waiting a further 30 minutes, trapped in the drive through, I was told to pull round because they’d tried to bring my order to curbside & I wasn’t there. If you’re too busy for curbside, don’t allow it in the app. I don’t mind waiting...but waiting TWICE for 2 cold Happy Meals?
