Great experience overall! Friendly and very helpful staff since the moment my boyfriend and I walked in. After other places turned us down for having poor credit this place gave us a chance and helped us finance with little downpayment. They worked with us and qualified us to buy our first bike. There is not enough bad things I can say about this place so I guess I should start at the beginning. One day I decide to buy a Can-Am Maverick X3 XRS Max Turbo RR. I had the money ready to go and wasn’t settling for anything else. I called around and the Del Amo in San Diego was the only dealer that had one in stock but it had $10k in upgrades. Whatever. I want it let’s do it. So I’m working with Del Amo Long Beach since it’s closer and they tell me I can have it brought to their location. I asked if they do any type of cash discount? No. Whatever. I send my dad down to finish the transaction. While he finished up paperwork he’s moved along and discarded by the staff. Apparently they’re suppose to have a service member come out and run your through the vehicle after making the sale. That would have been nice. I bring it home have some fun driving it before noticing a plastic piece was crudely installed and had broken a clip causing it to rattle. I call in explain the situation and was told to bring it in. I live an hour and a half away. I then counter with a video of the problem and they can just mail the replacement and I would install it correctly myself. They agree. Months go by. No word. I eventually venture in and have the part ordered in shop. While I’m there, I buy my kid a can am maverick toy thy cost me $70 (you can find them ANYWHERE ELSE for $25). I should have looked them up online first so I’ll take responsibility for that one. A few weeks later I’m coming up on 32 hrs and decide that I’m going to have the oil changed. I call and ask the services department and they say $200. Pricey but I don’t mind paying a little more to have it done by the dealer. A “little more” turned out to be $400. How did this happen? I still have no idea. Long story short that was the final straw. This is how they treat someone who spent $50k with them in one purchase. How do you think they’ll treat you? Go to Berts. Better deals, service, and selection.

I purchased 2 bikes at Del Amo of Long Beach. First in November 21 and other one in February 22. No better example to show satisfaction for their professionalism and effort helping me to find what I want and specially doing the deal I want. 100 % positive for Zack Walters. 👍 Looking forward to get my 3rd one as soon as they receive. Good place to deal with.
