Meridian Idaho Temple

It is open now

I think it is opening this coming Tuesday. Normal Temple hours.

We have been trying to schedule appointment to attend but there is no link to schedule on the Meridian Temple page. My daughter has sent emails and no help. We have phoned the temple and it gives instructions to schedule through their website but no one answers the phone.

The Meridian Temple will close October 30th and be closed for 2 months

They open by 6am and close at 10 pm.

Yes and they don't charge. Just loan them out for the time you're there.

There may be work you could do after the temple closes, or serving in the laundry. You could call the temple and ask them. I'm sure they would be more than happy to help you find something to suit your needs and allow you to serve.

No, there's not a visitor's center.

I was at the Boise Idaho temple and needed clothing. I was able to borrow what I needed. They don't rent. You will have to call.

The youth will always be welcome to come to the temple to do baptisms. You won't need to schedule anything, only if it's for a very large group.

Modest clothing means your shoulders, tummy, back and thighs are covered. If you're wearing clothing with words printed on it, its not vulgar or offensive, as you are going into the house of the Lord.
