The youth will always be welcome to come to the temple to do baptisms. You won't need to schedule anything, only if it's for a very large group.
They have open sessions. Call and find our when those are. I know I'm taking my boy Thursday morning on a first come first serve basis.
Usually call for an appointment is best.
