I was so disappointed with the job done on my wedding dress. I got the gown from a sample sale on May 7th and immediately made an alterations appointment with As You Wish for May 12th. I took my mom and we were told that the holes and fit could be fixed and that we had plenty of time. I went to about 4 or 5 short appointments for alterations. On my last appointment with them on September 1st, she said "we're all done!" The holes were still there and she said if she had fixed them they would have stood out more. One of the main reasons I was taking it to her was because of the holes. I felt pretty defeated leaving there. If the work couldn't be done by them, i would have rather known that when i first took it in instead of almost one month out from the wedding day. My fiancé went and got the dress and paid for the work done. They had done two things in 4 months of having it. They lowered the illusion panel and took in the back. It now fits worse than when I first took it in. Luckily another company is going to help me, but I was just so sad that they weren't transparent with me.

Gave them 3 work ties to redo the stitching on. I asked for a fast service, they told me a date that was a week before I needed them. Ended up being unable to pick them up at the agreed pickup date. Went in a week later than I needed them, now 2 weeks past when they said it would be done. They forgot to do them, went back a few days later and they had some lame excuse. Came back another week later and still not done. Took them with me. Would give 0/5 if I could, worst customer service ever. If the job is too small and you don’t have time just say so.

I only stopped in to get my measurements taken for some PPE, but they were super polite and accommodating.
