We purchased a Hallmark home at Pine 43 and absolutely love it. The downstairs living area was well thought out. The kitchen is big as is the island which is awesome. I like that the living room is in the front so it’s nice and bright. We are also the only builder to have a driveway in the back. Their customer service is above and beyond. They were in contact updating us on a couple of light fixtures that were on back order. Cody has gone above and beyond answering any questions and even coming to the house if need be. If you’re looking for a house I would highly recommend Hallmark
