I have had one small warranty issue, I used the warranty service portal that is very useful in my opinion. Otherwise everything is good. We bought the house on-line, So we never had a chance to actually see the house with our own eyes until we moved in. We are very pleased with the house, landscaping and interior features Thank you CBH for our retirement dream home

We purchased a CBH home and the process was so smooth, organized, and painless. When searching for a home, Macy was our point of contact for viewing various CBH properties and getting information for us. She took our calls after hours, and was quick and responsive to our needs. CBH had so much selection we were able to find exactly what we needed and we would most definitely work with CBH in the for any future home purchases.
