Worst property management in Oregon! You are treated like second class citizens... Mgmt instigates fights among tennants then when they are informed they just laugh in amusement! Area mgR treats you like garbage for asking a Q. And reminds you that you live in subsidized apartment complex and How Dare you assume you can ask a Question about the Processes of this complex or the management. Told me I need to be represented by a lawyer to ask a question about complex processes.

Very consistent regional. Been waiting for almost a year to get hot water tank replaced and recertify taking over 10 months.

Don't apply unless u have no other option. We put our application in over a yr ago. Got a call in June to travel several states to get to newport to sign everything, took almost 5hrs in office. 2 months go by finally they say we passed can u be here on Aug 15. All set to go, day of the 12th(a Fri) @ 5 min to 6p I get email saying there is a delay, that we haven't passed compliance and need to resend all the paperwork and documents we already gave her in June. Asked manager to give me call to explain an she said nothing 2 talk about. It's a compliance thing. Gaye-lynne has no idea what the hell she's doing. Anyway told her 2 give place 2 someone else.

I was a previous maintenance worker from a property and when I informed them of the cause of a leak (toilet drain detached) that affected more than 10 apartments they took me off the property and tried to put me on a property 30 miles away and expected me to commute. They take advantage of low income residents and will not do any maintenance and wait till the building is so dilapidated that the government gives them grants.

Questions & Answers

No one is not doing anything about B5 and B6 they are smoking pot and cigarettes upstairs they are keeping spying on people at pinehurst apartment

If it is a section 8 complex, then talk to them about the smoking of both of those problems. It is a federal law to smoke pot on any federal building or property. A few years back, they made it a rule that there is to be no smoking cigarettes in or on federal property.

We have two properties in Boardman. Boardman Apartments is an RD/LIHTC property that has rental assistance. Also Morrow Estates this property is LIHTC/HOME funding, this property is low income however, it doesn't have project based rental assistance. We do however take Section 8 Voucher's at this property. You can visit the Viridian website www.viridianmgt.com where you can find location information and apply online. Hopefully this information helps!

I understand policy is that if a storm door is attached to the dwelling and professionally installed it must remain. Recently someone who had two, very nice quality storm doors moved. Then, the doors 'disappeared'. ???

Actually anything that you have installed your able to take when you leave. They cannot tell you that something that you have added to a dwelling that you rent you cannot take when you leave. Unless your replacing an existing items that was there when you moved in and damaged like a door for example. If you you destroy a door and then replace it then your obligated to leave the replacement door but a security door that you spent your own money on and was not there when you moved in your able to take when you leave

Am I able to change the due date of my rent?

No, rent is due the same day for everyone. You can check with your manager for your complexes rent collection policy.
