Is Property Management Experts on Harding Way going out of business? The office in Tracy is closed, they have had the same 9 properties listed for a month, and their Yelp name has changed to Property Maintenance Experts. That’s pretty convenient.

You talk about how great your company is and how they give back to your community. Then how is it that your company just screwed a veteran, a single mom, and a full time student trying to better herself. She found the perfect place to live and then all the problems started. I really need you to care right now. Marlene stated that the owners agreed to let us out of the lease early. So when her refund check arrived, she was surprised to see that PME kept 20 days of rent. I see that you edited your post today. Why haven’t you called me? Your voted #1 in the county company needs to do the right thing and refund our money soon.
