I was asked by the teller joychlen if I had an account, long short the customer service that I received on the Wilson way branch was above and beyond my expectations, put in touch with Lucy who helped me open up an account, I strongly recommend that if you have in need of a bank who just doesn't talk but actually care enough to help please visit my spelling is not correct but do visit a solid 10+

Looks like Mexico here. Lines stretched around the block. The tellers are incompetent, & clueless when it comes to anything regarding your bank account. In short-- it's out of control.

Hello my dad went to your bank to withdraw the teller gave him a counterfeit $20.00 bill. My dad is an elderly so he couldn't tell it was a counterfeit until we went to pay for something. I don't know what you can do about since it has been two days
