My service provider Bill…was outstanding, he took care of my service followed up .Then just as I was picking up my car , I purchased two new windshield wipers and the gentleman / (employee there did not get his name ) offered to put them on at no charge … just great service 👍 Glad I went there today ..I definitely will be back there in the future. Everyone there is nice , friendly and professional in service.

We went to Lexus yesterday and had a really bad experience with a very rude salesperson. Kevin, I did my best to pretend that you are not disrespecting us but I want you to know that you really need to learn sales skills and human interactions. We wanted to buy RX but went to Mercedes this afternoon and I got my beautiful new SUV really fast and with a great customer service. So sad to see snobby people who think being a car salesman makes them qualified to disrespect people. Market is not gonna stay hot forever, work on your customer service before you lose your job.

I flew all the way from Sacramento and drove back just to go here and I couldn’t be any happier. Negotiation process was smooth and no haggles once i was at the dealership. Sam was very knowledgeable and very attentive with my needs on the car and finance conditions. The finance department was straight forward with the process and pretty quick and courteous, and also called back the next day to make sure i had a good drive back and i was satisfied with my buy. 100% recommended and would definitely buy here again.
