This is the best place and the most honest bicycle shop in town. Very knowledgeable staff, quick repair and the best price in town.. I would like to give them 500 stars instead of 5. I took my kid's stroller wheels for repair. One of the wheels was beyond repair. One of the staff took his time to show me on his phone how to get a replacement front wheel and what to get. After receiving the front wheel, I went back there this afternoon to have them repair the other 2 wheels. When he was done , I asked him how much I owed. The gentleman behind the counter told me, nothing, don't worry about it. I was blown away by his kind gesture. After I insisted that he needed to get paid, he just charged me a very minimal fee. If you need the quick and best service, and if you don't want to get ripped off by the repair shop, this is the place you want to go for repair or buy a bicycle from them. Thank you Retro Xpress.

Fixed rear tire on my ebike and replaced my brake caliber to fit new brake pads. Retro Xpress Bicycles are really good with there prices and communicate really well. So if you have an Ebike and or normal bike I recommend going to Retro Xpress Bicycles on Victory and Van Nuys.
