So this low rating has nothing to do with the doctor. In all honesty that doctor is probably one of the best eye doctors I’ve seen. This low rating hast to do with the front office primarily the fact that they seem to think it’s OK to book 100 people for one doctor. I came in for my 415 appointment 10 minutes early. I checked in and I didn’t even go back to have my eyes dilated for another 35 minutes. After I got my eyes dilated and have my scans done I didn’t sat in the waiting room from 515 to after 7:30. I wasn’t the only one sitting there that long there were people sitting there for over three hours. On top of all of that the lady that was doing my work up couldn’t even do something as simple as take blood pressure. I’ve got marks up my arm. I didn’t get out of that office until after eight. It is absolutely ridiculous to think that patients should have to wait 4 to 5 hours for an appointment.

So far so good. Dr DeSouza has been great with my Mom and the staff is very kind and professional! We arrive a few mins early and the wait is usually only 10 or 15 minutes. Great experience so far, good explanations for treatment and why or how, and much less painful than her injections at a different facility in a different state.

My wife had a 3:15 PM appointment. After arriving we noticed that there were patients in the waiting room, that had been waiting for over 3 hours. We left there at 6:30 PM. Over scheduling Patients seem to be the normal routine! That was the scuttlebutt among the Patients. One Doctor on duty for the entire duration! Not good Business!

This place sucks been waiting 45 minutes to be seen. Will see if the doctor can recommend someone else.
