As I am searching through these reviews it seems things were much better before my dad came here. Whether Covid made this place go downhill I’m unsure of. There is no communication between staff, and the residents families. My dad was in another facility and they communicated with me all the time. I feel like this place is just taking $ from these residents and not taking care of their needs. And if they are on ALTCHS then forget it they definitely are not treated right.The place looks newer then some of the other facilities but looks can be deceiving. The owner needs to make some changes. And hire new staff or train the ones there or pay them more to do their jobs right. So many things have happened since my dad has been there. I really hope assisted living is not like this at all the other places out there. It’s a very sad thing. These assisted living places don’t seem to care they just care about the $. I’m hoping I can find my dad a place where he can enjoy and be taken care of well for goodness sakes he has dementia and a tbi people come on.

Update: my grandmother has passed away. She very likely would still be alive had she not been neglected and mistreated here. Stay away. She was there for 3 weeks. My mom had to take her out of there unexpectedly due to the poor treatment and neglect she received. My mom brought her home a week ago Saturday and now she is gone. We grieve but not without hope. Original review: My grandmother was physically and verbally abused multiple times in this facility despite complaints and promises from the staff to investigate and not let it happen again. Do not take your loved ones here.

We placed my mother here about 4 months ago with the help of Lynde. We are very happy with our experience there.

They can have phones in their rooms. Most of our residents have their own cell phone instead of a wired phone. If they don't want either of those they can use the phone in the community.
