My father recently moved here and it's beautiful! He gets a lot of help with whatever he needs and the staff are so friendly. There are so many activities on site that he can participate in to stay busy.

THE HOA fees for sewer, garbage, are rolled in with lot rental and are a little more than 650 a mo. There is an open house on Saturday 11/4.
