I lived here for 2 years but had to sell. I loved the park and my beautiful home. My only concern was that the park rent was going up and it was more than I could afford. I want to retire and will need to budget for the future. Otherwise I would not have moved. Danielle the property manager is delightful and always helpful when I had any questions.

$825.00 a month. We have golf, pool, clubhouse, library, work out room. And shuffle board. Really wide street and good size yard. You have to consider your neighbor touching your elbow at a lot of other park's. 240 home's. I've been here 4yrs.

Yes, home owners tend to rent there property thats for sale by a simple negotiation if they are not completely opposed to it. If you have the typical Move-in budget brings option to buy for less then a year's rent, my family has owned 7 properties there over the years and all sales closed from $7k-$19k and i offered no more than 75% of the asking price, due to very reasonable observations & no disrespect/ low balling
