Tge manager not nice unfriendly and rude

04/06/22 I visited this branch of Citibank for account information. My first part of the day was done at the front desk, but the waiter told me that the rest of the work would be done by another employee. When the staff closest to me said to find another person to work with me, I was already in line. Walking to the desk next to me, I encountered the rude and grumpy temper of the employee there. They, and former employees, are now suddenly calling me to the basement level for help. A business manager does nothing to fix this, a manager who does everything but manage. She watched as I was told to go back and forth between employees who wouldn't help. As I walked away, these "dutiful " employees rushed out with their lunch bags with them. They have no explanation for their actions. Their narrow minds focus only on getting out and exclude all reasoning that can help them. Previous reviews of poor experiences are still being conducted at this branch of Citibank today.
