UPDATE 2022: I previously have been harsh in my review of Sierra Estate but in the last 6 months I have seen significant improvements. The reason for this is simply that there has been new management that cares and listens to tenants feedback. They are working hard to improve the community & are making progress and this deserves acknowledgement. They appear to be genuinely cleaning up things long neglected. For these reasons, Sierra Estate is trending upwards and that is refreshing to say!

I have lived here for 6 years now. The new Management has done a great job of weeding out the bad eggs. My neighbors are very friendly and it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. I'm giving it 4 stars for all the progress the management has been making on improving the park and making it safer for everyone to enjoy.

They have both not mostly newer the down is depending the house u get it but for that u need come to the office for get a qualifying this people have a really good easy qualifying program and not need to much get your house I can buy my house and I we have a really bad credit. And this guys help me I all for I can qualify to get my new house
Well, here it's fine where I live, I don't last an hour or so by the time the tow truck arrives and takes the car and not here and they charge 380.00 to get them out of the corralones a lot of money

Your best bet is to call the # listed. I also believe they post available homes for rent, sale, in the park. My friend lives there and is very happy. In fact they upgraded to a larger home in the same park recently. It's gated and security patrols. However, it's always peaceful when I'm there. Good luck!
