We moved into these apartments 4 months ago. And it’s been anything short of a great experience. Application process and move in was seamless, but the apartment we rented was not like the model we saw. Management fixed 1 one of the issues, but our biggest problem now seems to be the people they move in. Most of the neighbors at least mine are just super inconsiderate. We complained to the leasing office multiple times with the last tenant above us just for her to move out and another noisy family to move in. I feel like the apartments themselves offer a great layout and space, but all that in exchange for our peace. They are poorly built in my opinion (thin walls and floors). We’ve experienced issues with our AC that still hasn’t been resolved. Management is nice, but If I had to do it again, it would be a hard pass. Very doubtful we’ll be renewing our lease.

My experience at the park at Riverview was great from the beginning . The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly Raymond and Chris in the office really make you feel at home they handle issues and answer messages promptly!! the property is very well kept clean and quiet and safely gated ! The pool is open and we even have breakfast on the go some days moving here has been one of the best decisions that I have made for myself and my son!

They have roaches but they do have an Amazon hub that do come to convenience.

My overall experience with this property has been exceptional. Raymond, Christopher and Ariel have been been a blessing throughout my time here. Each one of them have contributed towards a smooth process, regarding any of my request; with prompt communication. I highly recommend living here!
