Rented a ten ft uhaul for furniture today! The process was super easy, affordable for fours and great customer service by the girl in the front. When we returned she had her young son with her to celebrate Mother’s Day! So sweet! Thank you for making the process so easy and the exceptional customer service ☺️ will definitely use again

Went here to buy some moving boxes. I came in on a Wednesday morning and was in and out. The staff was very helpful — brought me a cart, brought boxes I needed to me, helped me get everything I needed, rang up my purchases quickly, and even brought the cart back from my car to the store. Awesome, friendly service that truly went above and beyond.

This location has no management over their accounting system. There is a consistent lag of weeks between when I pay the monthly storage rent and when the store credits the account. The rent sometimes changes with no notice. All this results in overcharges. The staff and management are not responsive or unable to fix the problems. I would not allow any type of auto pay with this store.

And it cannot be a prepaid it has to be a major credit card
They put a hold on your credit or debit card for the cost of the rental plus your estimated mileage and any insurance that you may choose. When you return the truck, they will adjust the amount up or down depending on your mileage and charge your card. They do not charge a specific deposit. On the pickup trucks and vans, they do hold $100 deposit. Hope this helps!
