If you rent here be sure to get a receipt and check it before you leave and not an email receipt. I returned the vehicle with the agreed upon level of gas after adding over two gallons for a twelve mile trip and they still tried to charge me extra for a gallon of gas.

Thank you Chris and Charles, they were patient with me even after having so many people in line. I would say prepare to wait as sometimes things come up with the person in front of you that requires a little more attention for example my situation. Thanks you guys!

Rented here twice. Stood in line for 1 hour each time. Employees vent about management openly and make frequent mistakes. It’s fine in the end but leave time, bring entertainment to kill the time and have patience.
