We picked up U Haul equipment from a different location in Tampa but had little help from the gas station owner and noticed a chain was missing to secure our car properly. We brought the truck and trailer to this location and were assisted by Will and Faith who took great care of us and got the trailer secured. It gave us peace of mind and we can't thank them enough!
