The best truck rental experience I’ve ever experienced. The pick up and the drop off process was very seamless. Don was very proactive to make sure that everything was ready before my arrival. Romero was very helpful with checking me out. Even tho I had an issues with the drop off causing me to make the process take longer than expected, Romero was still quick with the processing. Whenever I need to rent another truck, I will only use this Penske location.
