The skateboard park is not open yet. It is still under construction as of 7/23/2022. By the looks of it, probably won't be ready to open and skate until September 2022, hopefully.

This park is now being completely overhauled. All the ramps are gone, and they are expected to break ground on a new concrete park in the same location. Dept. of Parks and Rec says it will be done by July. Stoked!

Right now a construction company is working on installing a new concrete skatepark in place of the old metal park. Estimates said it would be ready "in Summer" but that's a tentative and generous estimate.
I don't think anyone attends to the gate anymore. Great little park
