My first experience at this office was a horrid one. I went to this office with my son as a new patient for him (he’s an infant). I gave the front desk his records (vaccines and growth and his PERSONAL info) and waited about 2 hours to be seen, only to be informed that my child’s MEDICAL RECORDS have been lost (the were given to a STRANGER) and they wanted the information to my previous pediatrician for copies of the records (as if i would stay with a office that lost my sons paperwork before he was even an established patient). At this point i have been waiting over an hour and a half with a very upset child and no information on where my child’s records could be. After some time they were finally able to locate the STRANGER who was given my child’s records by a careless employee. I had to wait another 30 minutes for this STRANGER who had my child’s info to come back and give me his records. All while the women who lost the records to begin with, Sandra the front desk employee, could not even make eye contact with me or speak with me or even apologize for releasing my child’s personal information and exposing him to identity theft. Also, the office made a statement “at least the woman who had the info doesn’t speak english” and what does her language have to do with anything? Why would this woman’s native speech have anything to do with the careless behavior of your paid employees releasing my sons PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION? This offices unprofessional and careless behavior is unacceptable. DO NOT take yourself or loved ones here if you care at all about your PRIVATE MEDICAL INFORMATION being released to the general public, And just a reminder for those who don’t know, all it takes is a name and date of birth to steal your identity. Legal action will be taken against this grotesque HIPPA violation.

He been my dr since I was 8yrs old and the only dr I know that really cares about his patients. I understand situations happens but it doesn't make him a bad dr. 1000x good but that 1 little incident that happens in the dr office with the staff members shouldnt make him a bad dr. Yes, out of 34yrs with the same dr I came across many rude, ignorant, bad nurses of course. Some staff, don't like their job or bad days happens or some don't like their co- workers.. Even now dr still the same, the staffs are good if there's an issue I don't take it personal cause I should know better. 10 🌟
