My only complaint about this location is the employee didn't show up until 9am on the dot to open up so by the time he was able to get his computers to load up it was already 9:05am with a long line of customers all the way back to the door they should be like other businesses show up 15 minutes before opening to get everything ready

Tire blew on trailer on 275 coming through Tampa. Saw the U-HAUL water tower like a Beacon and headed that way. After making a few calls we found a tire place that had a replacement. The staff at U-Haul let us park Our trailer while we went to get replacement tire and Even helped us change it. Thank You Christopher for All the Help.

Possibly the most unprovoked disrespect I have ever encountered as a customer anywhere. I sincerely hope Management watches the recording from 7:10 this morning and does something about this. Find someplace, any place else.

It all depends on the size of the unit and if you rented a one-way truck you get the first month free and some places have other promotions also
