Went there this morning to turn in equipment. There were 2 people working and I was greeted as I came in. I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes. I walked around the store for a few minutes, and 2 people came from the back. They asked if they could help me and I said yea I'm just turning in equipment. One employee went back and one stayed to help me. I turned in my equipment, and asked about getting FIOS One. She said she could help and I asked if I could take the equipment home and if I could self install, She said she thought so but needed to check. Just then another customer walked in and she told me hang on while she helped this customer. I never have been in the middle of being helped and been asked to wait until another customer was helped. I went with it because he only had one item and thought it would only be a minute or so. He had cash and the employee who was originally helping me said I can't give change and asked if he had a card. He didn't want to use it and she said ok. He gave her $50 and the total was $47.69. She said she owed him $4.31. He said I don't want change and she took out a calculator to see how close she was to being right on change. She then said I'm off $2.00. Then they talked for a few more and he left. She then came back to me and asked what I wanted again. I told her I was interested in FIOS One. Then her phone rang and she proceeded to take a personal phone call for about 3 minutes. After all was said and done, she gave me a phone number and said I can't help you but if you call Monday I can get you what you need. I wasted 20 minutes of my time for nothing. I won't be calling back..
