Came in to replace and upgrade our phones, and the tall, thin woman had such a passive aggressive and condescending attitude that we decided to just go to the Canton location. A waste of time

My family has been ATT customers my entire life. We’ve been extremely loyal to this carrier and made the decision to take our business to another carrier because of the horrible customer service we received in store. I visited this store and an associate named Aaron provided me with the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a corporate store. I went in to port a number and he immediately came off as if he did not want to help. I understand that they are commission based but while they are focused on sales they are hurting retention. He went back and forth to the back office to get guidance from his manager and continued to give us the run around. He and his manager on duty represent the brand, and made he feel unimportant, belittled and as if my business did not matter. Also, I went in the week prior and a woman helped me but actually didn’t - she said she added a note to my account but did not. This store needs new staff and management. In a time where retention matters so much, ATT is garbage. Unless you will purchase something to help their associates make commission, you will not receive good service. Happy me and my family are taking our loyalty and money elsewhere. ATT’s values are “Live true. Think big. Pursue excellence. Be there. Stand for equality. Make a difference.” Hire people who believe and will live out your values or you’ll continue to lose customers to your competition.

you can no longer just jump chip to different phones independently, The phone must be activated on network to function
