Coopers RV Park is the nicest park we have experienced in our 8 years of full time RVing! The park is very quiet, clean, spacious and beautifully landscaped. Johnny was extremely polite, efficient and professional! I can’t say enough good things about this park. We had a bit of a wait to get in but it’s definitely worth the wait. If you’re in the Raleigh area Cooper’s or Bannister’s RV Parks are the place to be!

700 a month. 100 utility deposit. Month to month. Week to week or day to day. Utilities include water and trash. Lawn maintenance on thursdays. Wifi hookups but must call spectrum for hookup.. I hope this answers your question!
I think so ,I would not see a problem with that , but the owner is by the book 100% I asked him if he knew the process of selling a travel trailer and getting it registered and he said he was not a lawyer and could not give me legal advice so that's what you will be dealing with,the park is nice ,good luck
