Great fish and chips. Still trying some of the other things on the menu. I spoke to the new owner and they said they’ll be making some of their other items thicker with new recipes so it should be fun trying out the new stuff!

Uncharacteristic. I've not encountered that. Perhaps, do tell them & they can " right it" for you, reimburse ? & have,explanation for bad day. Over cooked ? Best to let them know. We love the fish n' chips.
Probably never, this is a mom and pop operation, they both work together along with 2 additional helpers, they don't have time to set up websites and I wouldn't want them to, it's perfect the way they work now, just call in your order, what more do you want for them to raise prices and deal with websites instead of cooking and frying their fish and chips to taste just right? They're doing great too busy for all that digital nonsense, no need enjoy the food instead of robot service, the owner is fun to chat with while he is busy cooking and the gals, who change often, answer phones and work had, just tip them well, enjoy
