Paid $234 for a door installation two weeks ago. No one ever came. Had to go in and show them my receipt. Like they don’t have it in their system? They never answer the phone. Idk what the employees do there. If I pay for a service, I except the service to be done or return my money. Thank you

For years I have been a Home Depot type of guy. Until recently based on a move. I figured I would stop in because it was convenient. Well turns out that this is my new go to place. Unlike the other, someone is always available to help me here. Knowledgeable. And reasonable. Staff is awesome at this store. God Bless you.

Lowes ( just like Home Depot) has sub-contractors that are licensed and insured to install kitchen cabinets. However when you have these major retailers provide these services for you there are additional hidden markups into the price to cover unexpected repair situations. Second look at what materials the cabinets are made from ( type of wood is MDF and particle board on the sides and back) the lower tier cabinets are not made to last. If you plan on keeping your home a long time don't go with MDF or particle board cabinets as you will be replacing them in 8 to 12 years. Reason being the humidity down in Florida will wear these cabinets down quickly. There are local cabinet shops that have their own installers with better financing than Lowes and Home Depot in this area.
