I been searching for a certain curtain rod to go with my newly designed bedroom and when I found the 2 I needed at HomeGoods I was informed I wasnt allowed to purchase a marked down item because it was no longer in there system and the tag said $0. I peeled the red tag of zero dollars off with manager and told him. I would pay the 19.99 charge and he continues to say no he can't see a marked down item of zero and I proceeded to tell him other items are marked down and other people are purchasing and he said he has new staff and they are doing things wrong so I am penalized for his staff. And I said fine I pay the 19.99 and he proceeded to say no. Why have items in floor u can't buy he ridley walked away so I. Am punished for his employees

What is the point of 8 registers if 1 is open? I don’t understand. I’ve come in and wanted to buy things here on several occasions and had to put everything back and leave bc of how long the line is with one employee and rude customers. No one wearing a mask people coughing all over the store. It’s not even worth the discounted items at this point. Employees are hard working and nice I feel bad for them.

Not all home goods are equal. This is the third one I've gone to this week to try to find a specific item. I did find it in the second homes Goods but it was defective. I still love HomeGoods. Major difference in this particular store is that it's never crowded or at least the times I have been there and it's easy to get out. All stores are friendly and helpful.
