Worst customer service I have ever seen. Sent us cold raw cookie dough for our desert order which the picture showed a baked cookie/brownie m n m desert. Called to inform them and the lady on the phone was rude and not willing to help us. I’m pretty sure she hates her job. This happened on May 29th 2022 at 2:25pm. I plan on trying to contact corporate to escalate this issue further. I work everyday in customer service and have never treated a customer the way she did me. I was calm, cool, collective, and basically got hung up on with my issue not being resolved. All I wanted was a new desert or a refund. It’s a shame that people spending their hard earned money cannot get decent customer service. It’s not right and they should be called out on it every time.

I've been going here for years and the service and quality of pizza has gone down. Last visit I had to listen to the staff verbally harass each other from the kitchen while waiting for my pizza. The pizza was also over cooked. Hopefully they improve their standards there soon.

I wanted a Italian cheese bread the guy they gave me a reheated version with a lot of melted butter on top, it was not eatable, it was hard ended up giving the homeless outside the whole thing and stopping at McDonald's on my way home. They're crazy bread is also super hard and I don't know why!

Horrible!!! I usually do not describe a business in manner but my experience with them was so bad that I must classify them as horrible. I ordered online it took me about 30 min to get there, I arrived and as I expected there were a lot of people waiting for their food. Suddenly the person at the counter started offering refunds to everyone saying that the staff could not fulfill our orders that some people were waiting there for an hour and their orders probably were not going to be ready for another 45 minutes and that was maybe. I called 3 other restaurants and nobody even answered the phone I had no choice but to ask for a refund and order some other restaurant. The lesson to learn here is don't order from Little Ceasars and if you do make sure is not on a weekend.
