I’m usually hesitant when going to get my computer repaired due to poor previous experiences. However my experience with Perry was exceptional, he was courteous and professional the entire time. If you need to repair or diagnose an issue with your computer. This store is your best bet.

Had an issue with my HP laptop not finding the wireless at all at home. After time spent with HP assistance, they determined the wireless card had failed and needed to be replaced. They shipped me a new card at no charge because of warrantee but I ended up not feeling comfortable replacing it myself. After calling two big chain places and not getting through to a human being, I did a search and found this place. A human answered on the 2nd ring and said they could help me with the issue and to just come by. I did. James went through the system checking some things and long story short, ended up fixing it without having to replace the wireless card. He was very friendly and thorough and gave some suggestions and recommendations. And it was all very affordable. Glad I found them and I highly recommend this place to assist you with your tech issues when they come up.

Has become my first choice for computer repairs. Always helpful. Just wish they were 24/7. Things always break during off times

Without these guys in town I would have been screwed! I bought a $2000 PC pre-built on Newegg that would randomly trip off and restart every hour or so, very annoying while photo editing. After a few back-and-forth interactions with Newegg I gave up and called Computer Renaissance. Brian (who I believe is the owner?) was fantastic to deal with and commiserated with my experience, lol. After bringing the tower in, Brian promptly (within a day or two) determined that the CPU was defective. Newegg replaced the CPU on warranty (via mail) and Computer Renaissance held my tower at their shop for 3-4 weeks without charging any storage fees. You're never going to get a "deal" on video cards from these guys vs. buying online (except maybe Black Friday); but I will support these guys as much as I can, because without them, my $2K Newegg PC would've likely been sitting as a brick after exhausting my options with customer service emails. By the way...it only cost me 165 bucks for the whole bill....including the cost of a new heat sink per Brian's recommendation....because unfortunately the one I got stock from Newegg was trash (could've contributed to CPU death?). Brian also upgraded my cord management game in my tower for free. TL;DR: Without these guys in Anchorage we're screwed on computer maintenance resources. Had a great experience. Newegg pre-builds can sometimes suck.

Yes they are open during quarantine. The store hours are from 9am-7pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm on Saturday.
You would need to call them directly....
I would give them a call or stop by to discuss how well your parts work with each other. These guys really know how to make your whole system work flawlessly!
