If I didn't call an hour at least beforehand I wouldn't be to work on time, and if there aren't cabs around your pick up destination they won't even dispatch any cabs out to you or let you know they have no cabs in your pick up area so your stuck waiting sometimes for hours.

Just call yellow cab. That's all they will recommend. Tried to use them twice and was very rude and told me to call yellow
