Great quality gear and good friendly service. Unfortunately very expensive, nothing much on display, lots of things on shelf but out of stock, and to hard to get help from someone. Got to hunt them down then wait even longer for them to get help for you. So you might be waiting an hour just to get a pair of headphones.

Jazz, a “certified AT&T advisor” helped set up my mothers new apple watch with excellent care. He was professional, welcoming and kind. I would say that it felt like he did his best but I know he did and I cant imagine anybody doing better.

Lost my headphones for my phone. I wanted a quality affordable replacement set. The person who helped me did not try to sell me a product I did not want. Left with a nice set of Sony earbuds for under $10! I a month or two I will purchase a better set due to the amazingly honest customer service I received yesterday!

Got tired of sharing the home laptop with my husband (he has work while I have online schooling). Did my research, went straight to Best Buy & got help from Louis who was knowledgeable & helpful. After hearing what I wanted in a laptop & my budget, he recommended the exact one I was looking at online before arriving there. Store needs a touch up though but other than that, great service.
