Depends on the tablet. Was it purchased at Bestbuy? If so, they might direct you to apple store or replace/repair it by sending it in, if you purchased the Bestbuy warranty, or it is within the first 15 days of purchase. Same thing goes with android tablet, except it will be suggested to contact the original manufacturer for their warranty coverage, unless the product was purchased at Bestbuy, with the Bestbuy warranty, or within the first 15 days of purchase.

I've taken two tablets there one that I bought from them and one that I did not the one that I bought from them was having software issues so The Geek Squad was able to fix it right there for me brought it in one day had it back the next the other tablet that I did not buy from them they wound up sending that in to get fixed I don't know where they sent it but to their repair place they couldn't fix it at the store
