The fact that the front of the bank looked like this was unacceptable. And no one seemed in a rush to clean it up. Customers had to walk past this to get to the front door or the ATM. Truly disgusting.

I was extremely surprised on how fast the service was. Staff was very friendly, helpful and fast with the service provided. The office is well stamped with floor decals and stickers remembering to maintain social distancing and other protocols. The service agent that helped me speaks Spanish very fluent and was very open to help and explain me the process. I just hope that in the majority of Wells Fargo Banks in the ISA has such an excellent service as in this office Well done 👍🏽

Today, my elderly mom and I had the good fortune to conduct our banking transactions with a delightful young man named Roberto Nuñez. Roberto is an absolute pleasure and a consummate professional. His kind demeanor and willingness to assist a customer is exemplary. We hope that Wells Fargo recognizes this outstanding young man as he merits the highest praise. He is truly a treasure.

Excellent service for commercial accounts! Normally with others banks you have to deposit the checks before 5pm to be available the next day( Chase take sometimes 15 Days), with them I deposited sometimes around 11:55pm and are ready next morning! That's its what you expect from your bank!
