Worst Chase branch ever. Teller stole $100 while he went in the back to count my money and ending up closing my account because I disputed the total. Ive been with them for almost 20 years ! Unbelievable

Worst experience ever on a Bank. My husband and i waited a whole week for an appointment with Business PB Nathalie Rodriguez due to Covid restriccions, and not only was she late to the appointment, she also showed no interest on our business. We felt rushed and mistreated.
