At first, the banker was helpful and welcoming. However, after a week of opening our accounts, the bank decides to randomly close our account. The most frustrating part is that they didn’t inform us at all until we finally received our debit cards in the mail. Apparently the manager decided this but when we inquired why, they received no response. I would not recommend Regions, especially this branch to anyone. This is banking service is equally bad to the Wellsfargo scandal.

The worst bank you'll ever find one ATM and is always broken it's beyond ridiculous the teller Maria Elena could have a line down the street and she could care less, wish I could give the bank zero stars
