The employees were nice but this bank NEVER has any quarters whenever I go there. What's the point of being a bank? I need quarters to do laundry and I dont have a car and this is my closest bank, its really frustrating.

I do my business banking here and would not recommend it. I constantly deal with holds on my deposits, which ultimately holds up my business. It really baffles me. The employees at this branch do nothing to fix these issues.

Our account was terminated without a reason after 7 years trading, we had a balance in the account which they have refused to return. The manager is not returning our calls and it’s been 3 months since they closed this account and we still having to chase them for our money.

I went to cash my check and There was an issue with The atm inside. After about 20 minutes of back and fourth and miscommunication between The manager there and claims I had to File a claim which with take up to 10 days and to get the full check back can take about 30 days. They did absolutely nothing to help me. I have no access to my funds that I work hard for being it was a payroll check. I have bills to pay. I have to get back and forth to work. This was the biggest failure I’ve ever encountered. Won’t be banking with them again.
