It's a good old fashioned camera store. It has everything you usually need. Friendly staff who can recommend and consult. The only small disappointing thing: my foreign debit card didn't go through though it worked in all other stores.

A disappointing experience developing my film. Dominion Camera no longer allows you to keep the negatives if you have your photos sent by email. What a headache. I like to see my photos before ordering prints - this policy leaves me with the choice of making an additional trip, or spending money in advance on prints I may not have wanted. I live too far to be coming back and forth. I get why emailing & prints at the same time isn’t allowed, because it’s wasteful if people don’t pick up the physical photos. But holding onto negatives costs nothing. Frankly, the quality of the prints this time wasn’t worth the hassle or cost. I might come back for film, but not printing. There’s a shop up in Merrifield that offers development for the same quality at half the cost, and with quicker processing times.

Hello, We do not repair Instax in house but we can send it to Fuji for repair. We charge $35 for shipping there and back. We will then provide you with the estimate from Fuji and you may accept or reject it. If you accept the estimate you would pay on pickup. If it is under warranty then provide proof of purchase when you drop it off.
You would need to come into the store. You can also look online for videos

Hello Due to the fact that Manufactures do not supply or offer replacement parts, to fix cameras and lenses we have to take parts from broken cameras and lenses to fix them. As you might guess, this caused all kinds of problems and as a result we no longer do these types of repairs. There are some exceptions however but we would have to know what type of lens you have to tell and the problem you are seeing to tell you for sure Thank you for your email Dominion Camera
Yes we do buy used equipment. You may bring it in any time but depending on the amount of gear and the traffic in the store you may have to leave it for evaluation.
For a US passport we charge $15. It is guarantied to be accepted or we will take it again at no charge Passport photos for other countries can be done and the price varies thank you Dominion Camera

They also give you the negatives back and make photo CD ROMs. Turnaround time is quick, too.
