Sales team let me down, they called me back (which is why I deleted my old review) but had no interest in talking to me about my experience. I guess if you know that you are a 1-star team, then there's nothing to talk about. Great maintenance team and beautiful store, but don't go here expecting a good sales experience... I changed my 1 star to a 2 star bc I said I would change it in my previous post if someone actually called me.

Dealership was responding quickly to requests. But their employee/manager were pushing the sale and were getting aggressive when I was trying to slow things down. This behavior is unacceptable for sales person/sales manager. Forcing customers to come to dealership/ or trying to push em to vehicle sales is not good at all. Learn to control your emotions and be patient.

We follow the Virginia guidelines of the Emergency Temporary Standards Act along with all State mandates and the recommendations from CDC and the Public Health Department. All employees and customers are required to wear a mask and social distance as much as possible including outside. Our service/customer vehicles are cleaned and sanitized as well as our test drive vehicles. We clean the store throughout the day, sanitize things like keyboards prior to each customer use and we deep clean/sanitize the entire store on a regular basis.

Roger, have you called to see if they have one available? I also recommend going to it calling CARMAX to see what they may have. I see many newer XC70s on the roads. Hopefully, done are available for resale. Good luck!
Thank you. But Volvo dealerships use to never charged Volvo car owners for the annual state inspections and emissions.
James - i have a full size spare tire in my c70, and as a result have much less trunk space. Other than the unreliable tire pump system this was the only option i coulfd find. It does, however, give me more peace of mind for longer road trips
